Refund policy

Air Cruiser

We strive to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we hope you receive your order soon. If you need to cancel your order please take note of the charges below:

  • To cancel your order before we have shipped, please visit our Contact page or email info@cinchpopuptents.com to proceed with this process. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for a refund to settle in your account.
  • Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting an item the size of an RTT, if you need to cancel your Air Cruiser order after it has been picked up by the freight carrier, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
  • If you require an address change after receiving your shipment confirmation email, you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs for an address change en route.
  • No refunds or returns will be given after your RTT has been delivered or picked up.

We stand by the quality of our products, and so the Air Cruiser comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

Accessories

  • If you would like to cancel an accessory order, visit our Contact page or email us at info@cinchpopuptents.com to proceed with this process.
  • Once an accessory order has been shipped, refunds may be given up to 30 days after the shipping date. If 30 days have passed since the shipping date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • If you would like a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping to and from our warehouse will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, our customer service team will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
