Air Cruiser Shipping

In stock now in the USA and UK, your Air Cruiser will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. Delivered in 3-7 days, you'll receive tracking via email from our shop. If you're ordering from outside the US & UK then get in touch via info@cinchpopuptents.com for options.

Cancellations

You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund. If you need to cancel before we’ve shipped your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We can only process cancellations before the item has shipped.

No returns are accepted for the Air Cruiser, but confident you’ll love it back it with a 3-year warranty to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, simply contact the team directly and we’ll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

2 Year Warranty For 2 years from the date of purchase, Cinch will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.
